Method/Step

Open Photoshop, File-Browse in bridge.

Open the folder where the footage resides.

Select all the footage and the tool-photoshop-to import the files into the Photoshop layer. Because third computer card, so only selected 36 Zhang.

After the layer is imported, the window-timeline.

This is where you find that there is a picture already in the timeline.

There is a small inverted triangle in the lower left corner of the Closing tab, click on it.

Choose to create frames from layers.
