Production steps:

(1) New file. Press the shortcut key to pop up the new dialog box, set the file width * height =1024*768 (pixel), other settings reference as shown in the picture, set up after the "good" button.

Remember to save the new file as JUANLIAN.PSD

(2) Open the "color feather. jpg" File and drag it to the "juanlian.psd" file with the Move tool, as shown in the figure. "Layer 1" is formed by default. You can then close the "color feather. jpg" file.
