Let's take a look at the effect chart

1. Create a new 500x500dpi, white background, RGB mode file.

2. Create a new layer 1 and hook out the contour of the Dragonfly's wings with the pen tool (Figure 1).

Figure 1

3. New Layer 2, set the foreground color to black with the background color set to white (that is, restore the default setting), fill the Layer 2 with white, use the menu-filter-texture-stained glass effect, set the cell size to 2, the border thickness to 1, and the light intensity 0 (Figure 2).

4. Press Ctrl+t to pull the layer 2 to look like (Figure 3).

5. Back to layer 1, convert the path of the previously hooked wings to a selection, and fill the selection with a gradient fill (Figure 4) without deleting the path.

6. Go back to Layer 2, change the path to a selection, press ctrl+shift+i, press DELETE to delete, press Ctrl+d to cancel the selection, press Ctrl+i to invert the color, set its opacity to about 10, set the layer blending mode to the difference, and then double-click the layer, Select the stroke effect in the pop-up layer blending option, the stroke color is black, the size is set to 1 pixels, and the position is selected internally (Figure 5)

Figure 5

7. Double-click Layer 1 to select the inner shadow effect in the blending options that pops up, and do it as (Figure 6), complete as (Figure 7).

8. Create a new layer 3 and use the Pen tool to outline the main meridians on the Dragonfly's wings (Fig. 8).

Figure 8

9. Set the foreground color to r:200,g:200,b:200 and set the brush's stroke size to 1 pixels and stroke with this path (Figure 9)

Figure 9

10. With the eraser tool, the opacity is reduced to about 10, the peripheral part of the meridian is naturally wiped away, and the deep tool will be used to deepen the local color of the main meridians (Fig. 10).

11. New Layer 4, use the Pen tool to hook the pattern of the Dragonfly's wings with the edge of the wings (Figure 11).

12. Convert the path to a selection and paint it with a brush (Figure 12).

13. Use the Pen tool to hook the lower part of the wing to select a fill (Figure 13) and then set the layer's opacity to 50%, setting the layer blending mode to overlay (Figure 14).

14. Ok, basically like this, specific details or color can adjust the color of layer 1 to change, or play it yourself! I won't say it here. (figure)
