Final effect

1, open the PS software, press CTRL + N new canvas, size 1024 * 768 pixels, resolution of 72 pixels/inch, and then determine.

Select the Gradient tool, the color settings are shown in Figure 1, and then pull the radial gradient shown in Figure 2 from the center of the canvas as the background.
