# P #1. open the clip image and press Ctrl + J to copy a layer to obtain layer 1 ]. Run the image-Adjust-curve command on Layer 1 to adjust the brightness of the image, as shown in.

2. copy layer 1 to get a copy of Layer 1 ]. Run the filter-Blur-radial blur command on Copy 1 of layers. shows the parameter settings and effects.

Then, change the blending mode of [copy of Layer 1] to [stacked front] and change its opacity to 40%. The effect is shown in.
