This example focuses on using multiple filters to produce a star effect covered by lava.
First create a new document and use the Paint bucket tool to fill the black, as shown in the figure.
Select the filter-noise-add noise command in the menu bar, set the quantity to 20, and distribute it as a Gaussian distribution, as shown in the figure.
Press the Ctrl+j shortcut key to copy the Layer 1 and set the blending mode of layer 1 to overlay, as shown in the figure.
Create a new layer, use the elliptical marquee tool to press the mouse Zuojian in the diagram, and then press the SHIFT key and drag the mouse to create a positive round selection, as shown in the figure.
Fills the selection with black, as shown in the figure.
Select the filter-render-layered Cloud command in the menu bar as shown in the figure. If the effect is not ideal, you can press the Ctrl+f shortcut key, repeat execution many times until the effect is ideal.
Press the Ctrl+l shortcut key to press the Color Level dialog box to make the settings as shown.
The effect is shown in the following illustration.
Select the filter in the menu bar-sharpen the-USM sharpening command, set the number to 500%, radius 3 pixels, threshold 10 levels, as shown in the figure.
Select the filter-twist-sphere in the menu bar, set the number to 50%, as shown in the figure.
Select the image-Adjust-color balance command in the menu bar to set the color of the shadow, midtones, and high three areas, as shown in the picture.
Finally select the layer-layer style-outer glow command to set the outer glow of the layer, as shown in the figure.
The final effect is shown in the figure.
