Photoshop produces abstract art effects

First look at the final effect:

1. Create a new document first. Size customization. Select "Filter"-> "Noise"-> "add Noise", and in the dialog box that appears, we leave the default settings. Figure:

2. Select "Filter"-> "blur"-> "radial blur", and in the dialog box that appears, we set the following image as shown:

3. Select "Filter"-> "Blur"-> "motion blur", in the dialog box that appears, leave the default setting as shown in the following illustration:

4. Press Ctrl+j to copy this layer, select "Filter"-> "Twist"-> "Rotate Twist", set angle +500, as shown in the following figure:

5. Press the CTRL+J key again to copy the layer, select "Filter"-> "Twist"-> "Rotate Twist", set angle to-500, as shown in the following figure:

Then press Ctrl+f to apply the settings.

6. Change the "blending" mode to "brighten", then press Ctrl+e, the effect is shown in the diagram:

7. Now to the final step, select "Filter"-> "style"-> "Find edge." The effect appears! Of course, if you are not satisfied with the color can continue to press Ctrl+u to set.
