1th Step:

First, select a suitable texture background. Here I chose a leather material.

2nd Step:

Use the Ellipse tool, and hold down the SHIFT key while drawing a circular shape. The color of the shape is #6d6d6d

This time we copy the ellipse one layer and then change the color to #cccccc.

Then select the path Selection tool, which appears in this, we press CTRL + C, and then CTRL + V to copy and paste the path.

The transform tool is then used to narrow the copied path.

Then select subtract the top shape. Then a ring came out.

3rd Step:

Let's add some decorations to it. Install the custom shape and draw the following graphic.

4th Step:

Let's add the layer style to each of these.
