Photoshop produces reflective strong metal textured words

The tutorial text effect is very ingenious to make. The author uses two layers to change the texture effect of the text. The first text layer effect, using layer style to make a bit overexposed effect. The second layer style is then made darker, and the padding is reduced appropriately.
