The effect picture is somewhat similar to the night view effect. Color Matching method is also relatively simple: first with hue/saturation and other color tools to convert the picture to a more monochrome picture, and then the overall color, and finally strengthen the overall contrast.

Final effect

1, open the original material, create hue/Saturation adjustment layer, select yellow, and then draw the ground with a straw color adjustment, parameter settings such as Figure 1, the effect is shown in Figure 2.
