Final effect

1, open the original material, a new black and white layer overlay, modify the opacity to achieve the goal of reducing saturation, parameter settings as shown below.

2. Create a new layer, press CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + E to stamp the visible layer, press CTRL + SHIFT + U to turn black and white.

3, the implementation: Filters > Other > High contrast retention, parameter settings as shown below.
