Photoshop simple steps to create a wonderful lighting effect

Step 1:

Create a new document in Photoshop, double-click the background layer, go to the layer blending option, and apply a gradient overlay and pattern overlay. Gradient overlay with radial gradient, color selection of dark colors, so as to highlight the brilliant lighting.

Step 2:

Find some material pictures, the following coffee icon is also collected from the Internet, you can play their own ideas, choose the appropriate material.

Step 3:

Use the Photoshop Ellipse tool (U) to create an ellipse similar to the following figure, and apply a Gaussian blur effect to the Photoshop menu filter (filter) > Blur (Blur) > Gaussian blur (Gaussian Blur). The radius of the diagram below the effect of self-regulation, choose 30px here.

Step 4:

Create a new group in the Photoshop layers panel named "Light-effect" and change the blending mode to "color Dodge" to move the ellipse you just created to the group, now as follows:

Step 5:

Now to create some light particles, this will use Photoshop's brush options. Create a new layer, place it in the Light-effect group you just created, set the brush color to white, and press F5 to eject the Photoshop brush option. Select a generic brush to adjust the options for Shape dynamics (shape Dynamics), scatter (scattering), until similar to the brush shown in the following illustration.

Step 6:

With the brush you just set, draw some of the rising light particles on the coffee cup. Then go into the layer blending mode, select the outer glow (Outer Glow), and adjust the options according to the following image effect.

Step 7:

Now add some smoke effects to the lights, create a new layer in Photoshop, name "Smoke", turn the layer blending mode into color dodge (colour Dodge), and then select Photoshop's Lasso tool (L) to set up about 40px of feathering (CTRL + ALT+D). Make sure the foreground color is white, the background color is black, and then apply a cloud filter to the Photoshop menu filter (filter) > Render (Render) > Cloud (Clouds). You can use this filter repeatedly until you get a smoke-like effect.

Now the effect is almost complete, very simple!
