We use Photoshop's curve adjustment layer to adjust the color of the picture, but you can also use the menu image > Adjust > Curve command (Accelerator: ctrl+m) to adjust your image. However, we'd better use the curve adjustment layer, because this command will not destroy the original image, and can modify the effect at any time.

After adding a curve adjustment layer to the layer, we select the Red option in the Drop-down menu and drag the curve up to form a raised arc. This will increase the red in the image.

Next, select the Blue option in the Drop-down menu and drag the curve down to form a sunken arc, which will reduce the blue in the image.
