Channel panel, copy green channel, high contrast value retains 10 pixels (resize according to picture quality)

Image-Calculation, select strong light

Repeat three times, get ALPHA3 channel, press CTRL-click ALPHA3 Channel to load selection

Click on the RGB channel, return to the Layers panel, reverse selection (shift+ctrl+i)
