In this example, we use Photoshop to add light to the dark clouds in the sky. This method is relatively simple and works well. In fact, as long as we calm down and analyze the analysis, we can all become masters.
1. In Photoshop, open an image with a lot of sky and clouds (Figure 1) and create layer 1 on the background layer.
Figure 1
2. Use the rectangular box selection tool to set the attribute to add to the selection area. On Layer 1, draw some rectangles with different width and width intervals and fill them in white (Figure 2 ).
Figure 2
3. choose "filter"> "miscellaneous"> "add", set the number to 100%, select the Gaussian distribution, and select "check menu color". Then, choose "filter"> "blur"> "dynamic blur" and set the angle to 90 degrees, the distance is 100 pixels (Figure 3 and Figure 4 ).

4. Execute the menu-edit-change freely, press CTRL, and drag the nodes on the four corners to adjust the image shape to an example (figure 5)
Figure 5
5. execute menu-filter-Blur-dynamic blur, set angle to 90 degrees, distance to 20 pixels, then execute menu-image-Adjust-hue/saturation, set the image brightness to + 80 (figure 6)
Figure 6
6. return to the background layer, and use a polygon plug-in tool to select from the top of the light that involves the cloud layer and the bottom of the light that involves the sea layer. Then, choose- from the menu, set the feather radius to 20 pixels (Figure 7)
Figure 7
7. Execute the menu-image-adjustment-curve to highlight the image color in the selected area (Figure 8 ).

8. Go back to layer 1 and choose "filter"> "blur"> "Gaussian blur" from the menu. The angle is 0 degrees and the distance is 10 pixels.
