7, in the Material 1 layer under the new layer, with a large circle marquee select a range out, press CTRL + ALT + D feather 10 pixels, fill pattern. Modify opacity to: 18%.

12, open the following picture of the high light material, dragged in, layer blending mode to "filter Color", the edge and do not need to erase the light point.
13, create hue/saturation adjustment layer, value: 0/+11/0.
