Photoshop to create a beautiful star silhouette effect

Photoshop creates a stunning silhouette of the stars. 1, open the image below the background of the larger picture, and then right-click the "Picture save as" saved to this machine, open with PS.

Create a hue/saturation adjustment layer above the character copy layer, reduce the degree of clarity significantly, set the parameter as Figure 6, and then press CTRL + ALT + G to create a clipping mask, and then change the opacity of the layer to: 70%, the effect is as Figure 7.
