Final effect

1. In this step we need two pictures to create the background, I chose a "desert" picture and a "city" picture.

2. Use the "eraser" tool to apply the two images to the edges, so that they connect to the edge naturally. At the same time smear a simple crack road, with yellow to draw a few vertical road.

3. Download an "old photo texture" from the Internet and drag it over our canvas to set the blending mode of "texture" to "overlay"

4. Open "people" and "signposts", put them in the position shown in the following figure

5. Click the "Create new fill or adjust layer" below the layers panel, "Select Color balance" and adjust the image below.

6. Create a new layer, select Edit > Fill, and select "50% Gray" in the Fill dialog box to set the blending mode of the layer to "overlay"

7. Select "Filter > Lens correction" To adjust the number of "Halo shadows" to-85 in "customization"

So you get a depressing picture of the last
