1. Download a texture of this rust on the Internet. Open it up for the background of this poster.

Copy a layer to get a background copy and set its blending mode to "multiply" and set the opacity to: 80%, when the picture is dimmed

2. Copy the background copy to get a copy of 2, click on the layer below the "Add new layer or adjust layer" select "Black and white" below settings

Set the blending mode of the layer to "multiply" and adjust the opacity to 90%
