Step one: Create a new file

900pxx900px resolution is 300 pixels per inch, RGB color, file named "A", as shown in Figure 1

Step Two:

Fill in the background with gray, find a font you like, enter the letter "A" set to the appropriate size, the font layer named "TEXT", as shown in Figure 2
