Material:

Bokeh Texture 1, bokeh texture 2, nightclub Photo, mixing Desk,

Disco Ball, Martini Glass, Forty Second street Font, Cool Mans.

Create a new document: 600 pixels *700 pixels, and then fill the canvas with black.

Paste the "bokeh textures 1" footage into the canvas without removing the color of the material, as a separate layer, increasing the color and level of the poster.

Add a mask to the "bokeh Textures 1" layer, brush the top portion of the material with a large soft brush, and adjust the opacity of the layer to 20%.

The second "bokeh Textures 2" footage goes to the top of the layers panel, adding masks and brushes to the end, adjusting the opacity of the layer to 20%.
