Photoshop to create the effect of spray glass with water droplets

The author of this tutorial needs to look at the effect of the night view through glass filled with water mist. The effect that nature sees is comparatively dim and indistinct. The background image should be blurred and darkened when processing. Then decorate the water droplets, text and so on.

1, the new 2560*1440px document (the material has been compressed, the actual new screen to be smaller), to the background filled with dark gray.

2, F5 Open the Brush panel, adjusted as shown in the following figure.

　　

　　

　　

3, new group, under the group new layer, with just adjust the white brush on layer 1 on the smear (you can constantly change the size of the brush, the effect is better).

　　

4, select the background layer and group, merge. Ctrl+l Open the Color Level Panel, change the black to 124, white 161; This is to remove the blurred edges.
