1th Step

Create a new file in Photoshop as shown in the following illustration

2nd Step

Using the Rounded Rectangle tool (shortcut key u), set the fillet radius 150-160px. Draw a rounded rectangle, as shown in Figure 1th below, to fill the color #dee0df. Then add the layer style (Layer style) (2 steps, as shown in the 2nd and 3 figures below). When you are done, copy the graphic and clear the layer style (clean Layer style), set the fill (fill) of the copied graphic to 0, and then increase the layer style as shown in figure 4th below. Rename two layers "base" and "Base 1".

3rd Step

Creates a new layer and places it above the top two layers. Select the Pen tool (P) to draw the edge button of the handle (figure 1th below). Apply the styles shown in the 2nd and 3 diagrams below
