Photoshop to make a portrait effect on a dollar bill

The Photoshop photo processing tutorial will teach you how to create a "Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps" illustration effect. First step

Use Photoshop to open a photo of your favorite, where I'm using a photo of John Arlington.

Second Step

Use image > Adjust > Go color in photoshop (Figure 02).

Third Step

Using image > Adjust > Levels, adjust the black input to 50 to 150, while modifying the gray input to 1.
