Photoshop to make neon text effects tutorial

1, select the "File/new" menu, open the "new" or CTRL + N dialog box name: Make fluorescent word effect, Width: 960 pixels, Height: 501 pixels, "Resolution" 72, "mode" for RGB color documents, as shown in Figure 1.

2, the Executive menu: "File"/"import", import material, adjust its position and size to fit, select the material Layer 2, set the layer blending mode to overlay, as shown in Figure 2.

3, on the layers panel click Create New Layer button, new Layer 2, select Pen Tool in the toolbar, Draw semicircle shape in the work area, press keyboard shortcut Ctrl+enter to convert to a selection, then press keyboard shortcut key Alt+delete fill, press keyboard ctrl+d Cancel, As shown in Figure 3.

4, double click Layer 2 into the layer style, respectively, tick projection, inner shadow, outer glow, inner glow, bevel and emboss, color overlay options. As shown in Figure 4.
