Step-by-step instructions:

1, first set the background color is white, the foreground color is black. Open an image, as shown in the picture.

2, click on the layer panel channels channel, a new channel alpha 1, see the image into Black, click the menu Edit/fill, fill the white, click the "OK" button, will alpha 1 filled into white. In the toolbox, use the Pencil tool, use the appropriate brush brush, in the middle of the image to draw a zigzag line, as the edge of tearing paper. As pictured.

3, the use of paint bucket tool, the left click of the image, so that the left side into black, as shown.

4, click menu Filter/others/maximum ... Filter, in the Open dialog box, set RADIUS to 2, and click the OK button.

5, click the menu Filter/brush Strokes/spatter, in the pop-up window as shown in the following figure set.

6, click the menu Filter/blur/blur Mirror, the Edge do a little fuzzy.

7, click the menu Image/adjust/level command, as shown in the following figure set. Click the "OK" button after setting.
