Photoshop Tutorial: Creating Elegant Social icons

This tutorial is designed to teach you how to use Photoshop to create a series of elegant social icons. In addition, the shape tool in the PS CS6 has a new options panel, which you can use to create a fresh stroke style. This is very helpful for some of the effects we're going to make.

Step 1: Create the document

Creates a new document with a 570-pixel x470 pixel , with the background color:#333236.

Use filter (filter)- noise (noise) on the background color- Add noise (add noise)

Next, we use the Brush tool (Brush Tool) to draw a white soft light on the center of the background.

Change the layer mode to soft light (Soft pght) and the opacity to 50%.
