Here you will gradually learn how to make a horror chainsaw movie poster.

Celebrating the sixth show of the Chainsaw, (wow, soup likes to watch the Saw) Here you will learn how to make a dirty and scary chainsaw movie poster.

This is the poster for the new chainsaw sixth.

We'll replace the glove-making hand with the foot made of boots. This tutorial is not very complicated and should be easy to do at any level.

Here are the resources I have used:

First, all you have to do is open a new file with a white background in Photoshop. Use the Lasso tool, pen tool, or any other way to get a selection to cut off the two feet you want. I emphasize one point I decided to use the above image resources. Be sure to resize them so that the size of both feet looks close and the jagged edges are cleared with the eraser tool.

Now carefully cut the top of your boots and put them on your feet. Adjust and tilt using the transform tool (CTRL + t key). hiding and displaying your layers so that you can see only one foot at a time makes it easier to focus on each foot. One trick I use is to reduce the opacity on the boot layer by about 60%, making the boots and feet in a row. This will make the sides of the feet match the edges of the boots. Restore the opacity to 100% after the adjustment is done.

The next step is to adjust the hue/saturation of your feet so that it's better to match the color of your boots. You can try setting them yourself, and you can also adjust the boots and close them.

Use a round soft eraser with a medium size and low transparency to remove the bottom of the boot to make the skin fit into the leather. Use a little stroke at the edge of the shoelace. Also erase the side and heel of a little foot.

After merging, they combine the foot layer and the boot layer. Make sure that the two feet are on a different layer so that we can add shadows and move them. Now return to hue/saturation setting, we will give the foot color, so that the skin appears pale. They should have some color but be dull and gray.

Next we will adjust the levels to get a deeper contrast and darker shading. You may also need to turn on the brightness/contrast control to increase the contrast level.

Use the burn tool to darken the edges. Lower exposure to 15%, using a medium sized round soft brush. Change the range, deepen the shadow, mediate the high light in the middle. If you add too much color, use a sponge tool to absorb some.

Select the back layer, go to filter > Blur > Gaussian blur. Use a radius of around 1 pixels. We have to focus on the front foot, it needs to add some depth.

You are free to play here. To find some different stains on the brushes and textures, randomly add some dirt to the skin. I lowered the opacity of the texture layer and changed the blending mode to overlay. You can also try to use soft light or strong light to achieve different effects.

Now we add some textures with creases, cracks and folding effects to the skin.

The next step is to color the texture black and white. This will make them easier to integrate in the next step.

Change the blending mode to soft light and reduce the opacity. Then use a round soft brush to gently erase the mixture of hard edges. Also remove the unwanted items that are not covered on your feet.

Cut a large number of creases from the toes of the boots and put them on the front instep.

or mix it with the same steps.

Cut out the image of a floor and put it underneath the other layers. I resize it to make it span the entire poster.

Go to hue/saturation, and reduce the saturation to the floor a dull and dirty effect. You can increase some brightness. Then use a large round soft brush with opacity set to 15% to make the floor fade to white. You can also reduce opacity and padding to help it merge better.

Now we're going to use a bright soft brush on a new layer to add shadows. Smear slowly around your feet, then use a soft eraser to erase the edges. The blending mode is changed to strong light and the opacity is set to 60%.

In this new layer you can use a deeper brush to darken it and make it more integrated with the foot. Change the blending mode for color depth, reducing opacity and padding.

Find some blood or ink splash brushes, add some fresh drops to the ground, and put some on your feet. Using a really full dark red, change the blending mode to multiply the bottom. Create a new layer at the top of the blood and apply a soft white brush to the outer edge to make the blood look like it's on the floor.

Now just add the logo to the bottom of the chainsaw and the information on the movie (You're reversing the effect of the poster with the black text on the white background). You can also add jagged blades that are often seen on previous posters. Now you've got your own chainsaw movie poster.
