Photoshop uses Channel method to rub skin on a freckle-faced woman

This tutorial mainly uses Photoshop to use the channel method to skin a freckled woman, and the channel grinding is now the mainstream grinding method, accurate, fast and very popular. Here is a more difficult example of what the whole process of skin grinding. The material picture is a bit dark and partial color, before grinding, we need to have a simple color. Then use the channel to grind the skin, once the grinding is not clean can be used many times, finally modify some details and so on.

1, open the material picture, found the character face to the left part of the dark, need to repair. Press CTRL + ALT + 2 to bring up the high-light selection, press CTRL + Shift + I to select the image below.

2, create curve adjustment layer, the RGB adjustment, slightly fine-tuning a little brighter, such as Figure 2. Make sure to rub the right face and hair part with a black brush, as shown in Figure 3.

3, the character complexion is a bit red. Create an optional color adjustment layer, adjust the red, yellow, parameter settings such as Figure 4,5, the effect is shown in Figure 6.

4, create a hue/saturation adjustment layer, adjust the red, parameter settings, such as Figure 7, to determine the layer opacity to: 50%, the effect is as Figure 8.

5, create a new layer, press CTRL + ALT + Shift + E-stamped layer, the effect of the following figure.

6, the channel panel, the blue channel to copy one, get the blue copy channel, the following figure.

7, the Blue copy Channel implementation: Filters > Other > High contrast retention, parameter settings such as Figure 11, the effect is shown in Figure 12.

8, to the blue copy Channel execution: image > Application image, parameter settings such as Figure 13, only need to mix to overlay, the other default. Confirm after execution: image > Application image, the value is unchanged as shown in Fig. 14, the effect is shown in Figure 15. This step strengthens the spot-color contrast.

Many people like to use the calculation, in fact, the calculation is far from the application of accurate image, and will generate multiple channels, management is also more cumbersome. The same calculation is also the earliest version of the channel grinding skin. The improved process is more precise and accurate with the application image of two times superposition effect, the application image of one linear dodge.

9, to the blue copy again: image > Application image, the mixed selection of linear Dodge, opacity to: 65%, parameter settings such as Figure 16, the effect is as Figure 17. From the results, we can clearly see that the spots and slightly darker skin are fully displayed.

10, with a white brush to the facial features and other parts of the face to wipe out, the effect of the following figure.

11, CTRL + I reverse, the effect of the following figure, and then press CTRL click the thumbnail to pull out the blue Copy channel constituency.

12, keep the selection, point RGB channel to return to the layer board, the effect of the following figure.

13, create curve adjustment layer, the RGB adjustment, parameter settings such as Figure 21, here is not too big, big spots do not disappear, the effect is as Figure 22.

14, a new layer, stamped layer. Execution: filter > Blur > Gaussian blur with a value of 4, the effect is shown below.

15, the layer opacity to: 35%, add layer mask, with a black brush to the facial features and other parts of the face, the effect of the following figure. This step is to properly soften the spots.

16, create an optional color adjustment layer, red, yellow, white to adjust, parameter settings such as Figure 25-27, the effect is shown in Figure 28. This step is to fine-tune the character's complexion.

17. Create a new layer, seal the layer, select the Dodge tool to paint the teeth part.

18, a new layer, stamped layer, into the channel panel, the blue channel to copy a layer, to get a blue copy of 2 channels. Then the operation of the above, high contrast after the application of the image, process and parameters, processing good results as shown below. Then pull up the selection for the current channel. The material picture spot is a bit complex, one channel remaining spots more, we can again channel.

19, keep the selection, point RGB channel to return to the layer board, create curve adjustment layers, parameters and effects as shown below. After this step processing spot basic processing clean, the effect is not bad.

20, a new layer, stamped layer. Remove the remaining spots with the healing brush tool, as shown below.

21, the eye and the tooth part again uses the Dodge tool to apply the light point, the following figure.

22, the teeth can be selected with the lasso, feather 2 pixels after the brightness/contrast adjustment layer again to highlight, the following figure.

Finally, fine-tune the details and colors to finish the final effect.
