Photoshop uses its own 3D tools to make flashing ballroom lighting stereo words. Final effect

1, create a white background canvas, the long width is 35 pixel *35 pixel. Select the rectangular marquee tool, the settings bar select Add to Selection, and then create a 1-pixel-wide border selection along the canvas edge. Shrinking the view here is easier.

2, Selection fill color #020202, and then press Ctrl+d to cancel the selection.
