Php and mysql problems

Php and mysql problems my machine has two versions of mysql, one is 5.01 and the other is 5.5. how can I connect php to version 5.5 by default instead of 5.0?

Why are two versions installed? Since you don't want to use 5.0 to unmount it directly, it's okay.

Changed the port of mysql5.5, but the default port is 5.0.

Phpinfo displays the mysql client version used by your php, regardless of the mysql server version.

So I installed version 5.5. what should I do if I want to use the client version 5.5?
