PHP Cannot access

I built a blog myself, and then Apache and PHP were all set up, but could not be accessed.
Then I changed a port, like 8080, and changed the Iptables,http://***:8080/blog to be accessible.
But to 80, and 8080 of the configuration exactly the same, firewall what I have seen all, but Http://***/blog is not accessible.

Machine is I in the server operator there just rented, bare metal, there should be no problem ah ...

That's not your problem, you ask the operator. Guessing route that layer made a limit ...
