First, start Apache when Tips the Port is occupied

Workaround :

(1) Modify the Apache configuration file found in the httpd.conf file Listen 80, modify 80 to another unused port (this mechanic changed to 8090)

(2) Enter service.msc into the service page in the search box

Locate SQL Server Reporting Services stop Service (√)

Workaround:

Enter the Apache folder F:\xampp\apache path to locate the Apache_uninstallservice.bat file

Double-click Before running Apache_installservice.bat

third, attempting to start Mysql service ...

Solution: The same as Operation F:\xampp\mysql find Mysql_uninstallservice.bat

Double-click Run after running the Mysql_installservice.bat
