Today, a statistical system to let users automatically input user information, the background using the PHP date () function to obtain the system time, the time is not the same as the current time, and later because the default PHP time zone is UTC, it should be set to Beijing time zone.

Method One: Modify the php.ini file

Find Date.timezone, find Date.timezone = "UTC",
Change it to Date.timezone = "PRC" and remove the semicolon if there is a semicolon on the left side of Date.timezone.
