PHP due to the target machine actively rejected, unable to connect (note: phpMyAdmin is completely normal, only the code you write error)

PHP configuration completely normal, phpmyadmin work completely normal, sqlyog/mysql with command line tool completely normal

Note: The phpmyadmin is completely normal, which means php-mysql is completely normal, Mysql/apache service is completely normal.


All the $conn you write = mysql_connect ("127.0.0.1", "Test", "test") or Die ("fail:". Mysql_error ());
All error:---Fail: unable to connect because the target machine is actively refused.


What's the reason???? Don't talk about the environment, phpMyAdmin work properly has explained all the problems.

Try 127.0.0.1 instead of localhost
and verify that the test user has connection rights


