Php excel garbled code-php Tutorial

A project created before phpexcel garbled, utf8 encoded, exports a normal current project of excel, also utf8, when I copied the previous code and output it, there was garbled code. I don't know why. all the file encoding is utf8. Solution: ------------------ use your code to test the code. there is no garbled code. Check the file format. Save as UTF-8 without bom format. In the previous project, it was utf8 encoded and exported to excel normally.
A current project is also utf8. copy the previous code.
Garbled characters appear during output

All files are UTF-8 encoded.
