1. Download SQLite3.dll

3. Open the php.ini file to find

Extension=sqlite3.dll
where is the php.ini file? Write yourself a phpinfo () and run to find out where the "Configuration File" is. There must be a php.ini file, without anything-dist or something like that, is called php.ini.
