PHP Snap Warning

PHP Shielded Warning
There are several warning on the PHP page:

Omit some warning statements in the middle of the-------------. php:21-40001

Then I add the statement in PHP-----error_reporting (E_all & ~e_notice), after refreshing the page, "40001" unexpectedly still shielding off, really do not understand.

If you add it, the 40001 estimate is something you're outputting yourself.
