CHGRP-changing filegroups

Describe
Boolean chgrp (string $ file name, mixed $ group)
Attempt to change the group's file filename group.

Only supervisor can change any one of the files in the group, and the other user may be changing the group's files to any one of the groups that the user is a member of.

Parameters

Filename
The file path.

Group
Group a name or number.


return value
Returns TRUE or FALSE for successful failure.
