PHP die (message) function

Die (Message)

Output information and interrupt the PHP program.

Syntax: void die (String message);

return value: None

Function type: PHP system function

Content Description

This function will send the string to the browser and break the PHP program (SCRIPT). The parameter message is the string to be sent.

Usage examples

In the following example, if/etc/shadow cannot be opened, the browser cannot be opened:/etc/shadow.
