PHP-FPM process is not evenly distributed on the cloud server CPU

8-Core Cloud server, opened 200 php-fpm process, with the top command to see most of the process is running on the CPU 0, resulting in other CPU load is very low, the CPU is not evenly distributed;

List all PHP-FPM processes, reallocate CPUs with Taskset
