PHP now has many class libraries that generate files, such as generating zip files, creating QR codes, and so on. These libraries are cool to use, but once you generate a file name with Chinese, it's most likely garbled.

Resolution: Using Functions: Iconv (), rename ()

When generating the file name, the English name is generated directly, for example: A.zip, C.zip and so on. Then, you can use PHP's rename function to move the file.

Rename (' A.zip ', iconv (' UTF-8 ', ' gb2312//ignore ', ' Chinese A.zip '));
Ignore means ignoring errors at the time of conversion, and if there is no ignore argument, all strings after that character cannot be saved.
