Php static generation causes the server to be unable to access the win2003 and iis6 websites. php static generation causes the server to be unable to access the website. after a while, it can be accessed again (restart the server and restart IIS, clearing the browser cache won't work, and it's not sure how much time can be accessed), but the internet can be accessed, I just cannot access the website on the server using a browser (I have tried multiple browsing attempts). I personally feel that the page is refreshed or the php generation frequency is static, and thus the website cannot be accessed on the server.
In the win2003 and iis6 environments, php generates static files, causing the server to be unable to access the website. after a while, it can be accessed again (restarting the server, restarting IIS, and clearing the browser cache won't work, it is not sure how long the website can be accessed), but the internet can be accessed, but the website cannot be accessed through a browser on the server (I tried multiple browsing times)
I personally feel that the page is refreshed too frequently, or PHP is executed too much, and the solution cannot be found.
Which of the following experts can solve this problem? thanks, or probably because of what caused it?

The server version of Windows works in the server mode and has the strongest network communication capability and is a top service priority.
The browser needs to work in the desktop mode. Otherwise, the browser has very poor performance due to the priority and security policy restrictions.
