PHP Gets the current file path, the underlying directory path

PHP Gets the current file path, upper directory path
Example: /var/www/project/test.php

get path Plus file name :

echo __file__;//Output/var/www/project/test.php

get file name only :

Echo basename (__file__);//Output test.php

gets the file name, but does not include the filename extension :

Echo basename (__file__, '. php ');//Here The file extension can be replaced by another type

gets the current path, but without the file name :

echo dirname (__file__); Output/var/www/project//or Echo getcwd (); Output/var/www/project

get the path to the upper directory :

Echo dirname (DirName (__file__)); Output/var/www


