Right click on my computer re-attribute again advanced re-environment variable in the system variable there is a path double-click to add a semicolon to your PHP path before adding it is OK

The above hint is that PHP does not open the OpenSSL extension

The solution is simple, open php.ini, find, extension=php_openssl.dll , Remove the preceding semicolon, save and restart Apache.

Note: The author is using Wamp, when I click on the wamp tray icon = php = php.ini modification is unsuccessful ! The reason is unknown, so it is recommended to open php.ini directly, modify and restart Apache after saving.
