PHP strtolower Letter Convert Lowercase

String Strtolower (String $str)
Returns all alphabetic characters that are converted to lowercase by a string.

Please note that the ' letter ' is determined by the current locale. This means that, as with vowel tones, the default "C" locale, the character Fu Jia (i) will not be converted

$str the input string. Report error return value returns a lowercase string.
