Local Environment:

XAMPP 1.8.2

PHP 5.4.31

SQL SERVER R2

The DLLs used

Php_sqlsrv_54_ts.dll

Php_pdo_sqlsrv_54_ts.dll

Current error:

According to this post address error information, should download x64.
