Phpinfo has mysqlnd no MySQL

This really is a pit, use Phpinfo view, obviously have mysqlnd this project, just can't find MySQL. The previous method of running Php.exe directly can see the error, but this time there is no error.

In the middle of the PHP installation path is added to the system path variable, after restarting a few times is useless, and then try to change the extension_dir to./ext, somehow.

More amazing is that, after the good, and then change the Extension_dir to ext, still usable.
