It's OK to download it, but if this happens, simply select the contents and paste it into a file with the suffix. ICLS (Create a new Notepad and rename it)

2. Copy the file to C:\Users\Administrator\. Phpstorm2016.2\config\colors file, and then restart the Phpstorm editor

3. Click "File", "Settings ..." To open the configuration window; Find "editor", "Color & Fonts" in the Scheme down box, select the name of the theme file you just added; Select and click Save As ... " Rename to Microsoft Visual copy (your own definition name)

4, click Apply, then click OK, but sometimes you will find that some themes will appear this effect:
