The PHTML (sometimes called PHP) Web page is a Web page and ASP that contains PHP (a language similar to JavaScript or Microsoft VBScript), and PHP scripts are embedded in the HTML code of the Web page. Before the page is sent to the requesting user, the Web server invokes the PHP interpreter to interpret and execute the PHP script.
